Upskirt Victim Ellen Hotchkiss Picture is spread over the Net- Why? Don't Victims have any Rights?: When I saw the Smoking Gun post, I thought Whoa...why did they post a picture of the teacher in this case. She is the victim? Backstory, is a student of teacher Ellen Hotchkiss, took upskirt photos of her without her knowledge or consent...and showed them around school. Students told a public safety officer and Curtis Pickard, the student was arrested. His mugshot appears in TSG post, but also appearing is a cropped photo of Hotchkiss taken off the internet. There goes Ms. Hotchkiss's privacy. Any thoughts from those reading this are welcome.
