Director on upskirt charge: A DIRECTOR of a company has been charged with insulting the modesty of a woman by taking upskirt photographs of her. Teo Tiew Leong, 32, is accused of using a camera phone to take four photographs of the 26-year-old woman from under her skirt at the escalator at Punggol Plaza at Punggol Field on Dec 6 last year (08). His case will be mentioned again on Thursday. If convicted, he may be jailed for up to one year or fined, or both.
