Carey gave birth at 12:07 p.m., according to her rep Cindi Berger. The baby girl was reportedly born first, weighing 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and her brother weighed in at 5 pounds, 6 ounces. Berger told People magazine that the couple was listening to 'We Belong Together' after the children were born. The couple has yet to choose names for the babies."
