Real, live loss, or Apple publicity stunt? | Newspanel: In any other business, losing prototypes could be considered espionage, depending on the company type, and as technology is a closely guarded, jealously patented secret, losing tech not once, but twice in as many iterations of the highly popular phone isn’t just careless, it’s a borderline publicity stunt.

Many people are currently asking why these phones keep going missing, and why they’d be out in a bar in the first place and are also asking if these staff regularly lose phones – because if that’s the case, why would the teams responsible loan them the phones in the first place.
