I saw the photo on Friday and decided not to post it because I am pretty certain it is not Taylor Swift. But this issue has blown up into a huge scandal after reports today that Taylor Swift is preparing to take legal action over this supposed topless photo. So I have to post it now even though I doubt it is her... The image in question features a topless woman who bears a striking resemblance to Swift and was posted under the headline, "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?" There are thousands of images online claiming to be topless and nudes of Taylor Swift. So things got a bit interesting after the news that Swift's lawyers send a letter to the site demanding it take down the post and this specific image immediately... or else she'll sue for trademark infringement.
