ITE student jumps to death after claiming counsellor molested her : Chiu Ka Ying, who was 16 at the time, then alleged to her school that her Life Skills lecturer, Mr Michael Tay Jau Jen, 36, had molested her. Mr Tay later told investigators that it was consensual.
