Fan frenzy at Hannah Montana premiere as Miley Cyrus flashes her legs in a VERY short dress: Miley Cyrus brought London's Leicester Square to a standstill tonight as she showed off her long legs in a short designer dress at the première of Hannah Montana: The Movie. Thousands of children and teenagers queued for hours in central London to get a glimpse of their 16-year-old idol. As Miley stepped out of her limo with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus, screams erupted across the square as fans clambered for a signature and photograph with the teen star.
