Malaysia: Cops arrest two over sex video: "Two suspects were arrested on Thursday night in connection with the sex video case.
Police secretary Datuk Ghazali Md Amin said in a statement that one of the suspects revealed the location where the sex scene was recorded.
Ghazali said a police forensic team had visited the scene to carry out investigations.
'We also seized evidence from the two suspects,' he said, adding that both suspects were released on bail pending further investigations.
Former Malacca chief minister Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik and businessman Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah, who had earlier admitted to being responsible for the emergence of the sex video, denied they were arrested.
The two were questioned by police on Thursday night but yesterday denied that they were arrested and released on bail.
They are being investigated for allegedly being in possession of and distributing the sex video.
The third person implicated in the case, Perkasa treasurer Datuk Shuib Lazim, was also questioned last night. The trio are expected to hold a press conference today.
The sex video, allegedly featuring opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and a prostitute, was believed to have been recorded in a service apartment at Jalan Ampang Hilir, here."
