The 29-year-old former IT worker said he discovered their bodies in the master bedroom and covered them up before flying to England on a one-way ticket.
On the tapes he described the moment he found the corpses in the couple's bed on January 20, 2006.
He said: "When I walked in I couldn't see Lily, I could only see Rachel and she just looked asleep. At first there didn't look anything wrong but why would she have been in bed at that time and where was Lily?
